FAQ
The catch, and other questions
Are these tools actually free?
Yes, and there's no account either. They run in your browser rather than on our servers, so it costs us nothing when someone uses them. That's the whole reason they can stay free: there's no bill for us to pass on to you.
Does anything I type or upload reach you?
No. The file tools read your video or image off your own disk and do all their work right there in the tab, and the generators and calculators run on the page too. None of it makes a request to a server, so there's nothing on our side to see or store.
How do you pick the hashtags and ideas?
By watching them work. We follow what's carrying reels on each platform and what's gone stale, so the sets you get are the current best picks, sorted by how crowded each tag is. Dead or banned tags never make the cut, and the idea formats are the shapes that keep proving themselves. You get the shortlist without doing the homework.
Why aren't all the tool pages listed here?
This page lists the ones that actually work. There are more tool pages on the site, but they describe tools we haven't built yet, and each one says so plainly. We used to list them all here and it felt like a trick: a page called free tools shouldn't spend your first click on a preview.
What's the catch?
We make PikoReels, and these pages are one of the ways people find it. That's the entire arrangement. No tool here holds its result back until you hand over an email, because at that point it stops being a tool and starts being a form.
