FAQ
The awkward pricing questions
What is a credit worth?
1 credit = $0.01. Every plan includes a monthly credit balance and image and video generations draw from it, at the per-model rates published on this page. The app shows the cost of a generation before it runs, so nothing is spent on a surprise.
What happens if I run out mid-month?
Top-up packs run from 1,000 to 10,000 credits at $20 per 1,000, on Creator and Pro. That prices a credit higher than the plan rate, which is a markup on top-ups rather than a contradiction, and it is stated here rather than buried.
Do unused credits roll over?
On Pro only. On the other three plans the balance resets with the billing period. That is the honest answer rather than the flattering one, and it is worth factoring into which tier you pick if your volume is uneven.
Is there an annual discount?
Yes. Paying a year up front lowers the monthly rate on every plan, and the figures are in the table above. The site quotes the monthly price because that is what the section on the home page shows, and the annual term is sold at checkout.
Is there a free trial?
Every plan starts with 10 free videos. There is no watermark on them, no card is required to start, and you can cancel at any time.
Do the videos have a watermark on the cheapest plan?
No. Nothing PikoReels makes carries a watermark on any plan, free videos included. The entry tier is a real plan rather than a demo.
