What this page covers
This is the deletion guide for PikoReels. It covers removing a single connected social account, deleting individual generated content, deleting a workspace, and deleting your account together with the data held under it.
Each route below says what it removes and what it deliberately leaves behind. The wider account of what is collected, why, and how long it is kept is in the Privacy Policy.
Disconnect a TikTok, Instagram, or YouTube account
Sign in at https://app.pikoreels.com, open Settings, choose Connected accounts, and select Disconnect on the account you want removed.
Disconnecting clears the access and refresh tokens PikoReels holds for that account, so we can no longer read from it or post to it. Scheduled posts to that account stop. Anything already published stays up on the platform.
The account label and its past publishing records stay in the workspace so the calendar, the audit trail, and the analytics history remain readable. Deleting the workspace, or deleting your account, removes those as well.
Every platform also lets you revoke an app's access from its own apps or security settings. Revoking there ends the connection even if you cannot reach PikoReels.
Delete individual reels, uploads, and slideshows
Delete a reel, upload, slideshow, or other generated item from the library it sits in. Where the product offers a delete action for an item, that action removes its active database record and the stored media file behind it.
An item still attached to a scheduled post may need that post cancelled first.
Delete a workspace
Open Settings, choose Workspace, select Delete on the workspace you want removed, and confirm.
Deleting a workspace also removes its brand profile, its connected accounts, its reels, and its scheduled posts. Reels you have already generated stay counted against your plan's usage.
There is no undo, and no separate confirmation email. Delete the workspace only when you want its contents gone.
Delete your account and everything in it
PikoReels does not yet have a self-service delete-account control. To have the account and its data deleted, email [email protected] from the Google address you sign in with, using “Delete my account” as the subject.
We may ask you to confirm the request before acting on it. Once it is verified we delete or de-identify the data listed below within 30 days, and email you when it is done.
Deleting the account is not the same as cancelling a subscription. If billing is still running, cancel it in the billing portal as well, or say so in the same email and we will cancel it before closing the account.
What deletion removes
A verified account deletion removes:
- Account and profile data: your Google account identifier, name, email address, profile image, and account preferences.
- Workspace and brand data: workspace names, brand profiles, handles, website URLs, brand voice, content pillars, platform defaults, and onboarding answers.
- Connected-platform data: stored OAuth access and refresh tokens, provider and account identifiers, profile and channel records, and the publishing history held inside PikoReels.
- Content and generation data: prompts, captions, uploaded images, video and audio, generated media, edits, templates, schedules, and automation settings.
- Session and device records, notification preferences, and the support, feedback, and referral records tied to the account.
What we keep, and why
A limited amount of data outlives a deletion request, because we are required to keep it or need it to defend the service. It is not used to rebuild your account:
- Billing and transaction records. Orders, subscriptions, and payment status are held by our payment provider, Polar, and by us for the period tax, accounting, payment, and chargeback rules require. Those records survive customer deletion by design and are not ours to erase on request.
- Fraud-prevention and security records, where they are needed to keep the Service safe or to establish, exercise, or defend a legal claim.
- Aggregated or de-identified figures that can no longer be linked back to you.
- Residual copies inside backups and provider systems, which are removed or overwritten as those backups age out rather than edited in place.
Posts already published to a platform
Deleting your PikoReels account does not delete posts that have already gone live on TikTok, Instagram, or YouTube. Those sit on the platform under your own account there, and only you or the platform can take them down.
Remove them in the platform's own app, before or after closing PikoReels. The two are independent of each other.
Making a request, or asking about one
Deletion requests, questions about this page, and every other privacy right go to [email protected]. Send it from the address on the account so the request can be matched to it, and we will confirm when the work is done.
The same address handles a request for a copy of your data, a correction, or a restriction on how it is used, on the terms set out in the Privacy Policy.
