Terms of Service

These terms are the agreement between you and PikoReels for use of PikoReels, the marketing site at https://pikoreels.com and the application at https://app.pikoreels.com. Creating an account or using the product means you accept them.

If you are using PikoReels for a company, you are confirming you are allowed to accept these terms on that company's behalf, and 'you' means that company.

PikoReels generates short-form video and captions from a prompt, stores what you make, and publishes it to accounts you connect on TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts at times you schedule.

It is a tool. You decide what to generate, you review what it produces, and you choose whether to publish it. We do not review your content before it goes out, and an automation that runs unattended is still publishing on your instruction.

Accounts are created by signing in with Google. There is no separate PikoReels password, so the security of your account follows the security of that Google account.

You are responsible for what happens under your account, including anything done by people you invite into a workspace. Tell us promptly if you think someone has access who should not.

You need to be old enough to form a binding contract where you live, and at least 13, to use PikoReels.

Every plan starts with 10 free videos. Paid plans are billed monthly, or a year up front at a lower monthly rate, and renew automatically until you cancel.

Plans include a monthly credit balance that image and video generations draw from. Credit costs per model are published and follow what the underlying providers charge, so they can change. The app shows the cost of a generation before you run it.

You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the period you have paid for. We do not pro-rate a partial month.

You keep ownership of what you upload and, as between you and us, of the videos and captions you generate. We claim no ownership of your content and we do not put a watermark on it, on any plan.

We need a limited licence to run the service: permission to store your content, process it through the AI models that generate and edit it, and transmit it to the platforms you connect when you schedule a post. That licence exists so the product can function and it ends when you delete the content or close your account.

We will not use your content to train our own models, and we will not licence it to anyone else.

The rules below are the ones that protect other people. Breaking them is the one thing that gets an account suspended without notice.

TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts are not ours. When you connect an account you authorise us to publish on your behalf through their APIs, under their terms, and those terms are between you and them.

They can change their APIs, rate-limit us, reject a post, or disable an integration, and any of those can stop a scheduled post from going out. We will show you when a post fails. We cannot guarantee a post will be accepted or that an account will not be actioned by the platform.

Output is generated by AI models and is not guaranteed to be accurate, original or suitable for what you want to use it for. Two people can be given similar output from similar prompts.

You are responsible for reviewing what you publish, including whether it needs to be disclosed as AI generated. Several platforms and several countries now require that disclosure, and the requirement sits with the person posting.

We aim to keep PikoReels running and we do not promise uninterrupted service. We may change, add or remove features, and we will give reasonable notice before removing something you rely on.

We may suspend an account that is breaking these terms, creating a security or legal risk, or has not paid. Where the situation allows it we will tell you first and give you a chance to fix it.

You can stop using PikoReels and close your account at any time from the app. Closing an account cancels future billing and starts deletion of your content as described in the privacy policy.

We can end this agreement if you materially break these terms. If we do, we will tell you why, and you can export your content before access ends unless the reason for the suspension makes that unsafe.

PikoReels is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we exclude implied warranties and we are not liable for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or indirect or consequential loss.

Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not allow to be limited.

We will post any updated version on this page with a new date at the top. If a change materially reduces your rights we will tell account holders by email before it takes effect.

Continuing to use PikoReels after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms.
