Terms of Service

These Terms of Service are an agreement between you and PikoReels for the PikoReels website at https://pikoreels.com, the application at https://app.pikoreels.com, and the related generation, scheduling, publishing, analytics, automation, storage, API, and support features (together, the “Service”).

By creating an account, buying a plan, or using the Service, you agree to these terms and acknowledge the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

If you use the Service for a company, client, or other organisation, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organisation. In that case, “you” includes the organisation.

You must be able to form a binding contract where you live. The Service is intended for people who are at least 18 years old and is not directed to children.

You may not use the Service if applicable law bars you from receiving it or if we previously suspended you for a serious or repeated breach and have not agreed to restore access.

PikoReels helps you create short-form videos, images, slideshows, captions, and publishing copy; organise them in workspaces and a media library; schedule or automate posts to accounts you connect on TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts; and view performance information returned by those platforms.

The Service is a tool, not an editor or publisher exercising control over your message. You choose the inputs, models, connected accounts, timing, and final content. You must review output before using it. An automation that runs without a final manual click still acts on the instructions and settings you supplied.

Features marked beta, preview, demo, or experimental may be incomplete, change more often, or stop without the notice we would normally give for an established feature.

PikoReels accounts currently use Google sign-in. We do not issue a separate PikoReels password. You are responsible for securing your Google account, your active browser sessions, and every device used to access PikoReels.

A workspace separates one brand or client from another. You are responsible for choosing the correct active workspace and connected account before generating, scheduling, or publishing content. You are also responsible for anyone you permit to use your account or workspace.

Tell us promptly at [email protected] if you believe an account, session, workspace, or connected social account has been compromised.

TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts are third-party services. Connecting one authorises PikoReels to use the permissions shown during that platform's consent flow, such as reading basic account or channel information, reading post performance, or uploading and publishing content on your behalf.

Your use of a connected platform remains subject to its own terms, policies, music and media rules, disclosure requirements, rate limits, and enforcement decisions. A platform may change its API, reject a post, delay processing, revoke a token, reduce available data, or restrict an account. PikoReels does not control those decisions and cannot guarantee that every scheduled post will be accepted or remain available.

The YouTube features in PikoReels are built on YouTube API Services, so by using them you also agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Connecting TikTok is likewise subject to TikTok's Terms of Service, and connecting Instagram to Instagram's Terms of Use. What each platform does with the data it holds about you is described in its own policy: the Google Privacy Policy, TikTok's Privacy Policy, and Instagram's Privacy Policy.

Disconnecting an account stops PikoReels from using its token for future actions, and you can revoke that access from the platform's own settings instead; the Privacy Policy names the screen for each one. Disconnecting does not remove posts already published on that platform. PikoReels may retain the account label and historical publishing records so your calendar and analytics remain understandable.

The plans, prices, currencies, billing interval, usage allowances, storage limits, and included credits offered to you are the ones shown on the pricing or checkout screen when you subscribe. Paid subscriptions renew automatically for the same interval until cancelled.

Polar handles checkout and acts as the payment and billing provider. You may manage or cancel an eligible subscription through the billing portal in the app. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not itself close your PikoReels account or delete your content. Unless the checkout terms say otherwise, access continues until the paid period ends.

Fees are charged in the currency shown at checkout. Taxes, exchange-rate effects, and payment-method charges may apply. Except where law requires otherwise or the checkout terms expressly provide it, payments are non-refundable and partial periods are not prorated.

If a payment fails, is reversed, or becomes overdue, we may retry it, ask Polar to collect it, or pause paid features. If we change a recurring subscription price, the change applies no earlier than your next renewal after any notice required by law.

Image and video models use credits at the rate displayed before generation. Rates can vary by model, resolution, duration, audio, and input type, and may change when providers or model capabilities change. A generation can fail after provider processing begins; the app's displayed refund or settlement rule controls how credits are returned in that case.

Included credits, promotional grants, referral credits, and purchased top-ups may have different expiry or rollover rules. Those rules are shown in the plan, billing, or credit interface. Credits are not money, have no cash value, are not transferable between unrelated accounts, and cannot be redeemed outside the Service.

If you enable auto-refill, you authorise Polar to charge the saved payment method for the displayed pack whenever your eligible balance crosses the threshold you choose. Auto-refill remains active until you disable it. Disabling it does not reverse a refill that was already submitted.

You retain the rights you already have in prompts, brand material, websites, images, audio, video, and other content you provide. As between you and PikoReels, you also own any rights the law allows you to own in output generated for you.

You grant PikoReels a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, copy, format, transmit, display, and process your content only as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, support, and improve the user-facing Service, follow your publishing instructions, and comply with law. This permission includes sending the necessary inputs to service providers and connected platforms.

The licence ends when the content is deleted or your account is closed, except for temporary backup copies, material already published to a third party, records we must keep by law, and content required to investigate abuse or resolve a dispute.

You promise that you have the rights, permissions, and releases needed for everything you upload, generate from, and publish, including a person's likeness or voice, music, trademarks, client assets, and personal data.

AI output can be inaccurate, offensive, incomplete, similar to output produced for someone else, or unsuitable for a particular audience. It may depict details you did not request or fail to preserve details you supplied. PikoReels does not guarantee accuracy, originality, non-infringement, platform acceptance, or that copyright will exist in an output.

You must review output and make your own decision before publishing or relying on it. You are responsible for factual claims, endorsements, disclosures, permissions, and compliance with advertising, consumer-protection, election, intellectual-property, and synthetic-media rules that apply to your use.

Do not use output as professional medical, legal, financial, employment, housing, insurance, credit, or other high-impact advice or decisions without appropriately qualified human review.

You may not use the Service, attempt to use it, or help someone else use it to do any of the following:

PikoReels and its licensors retain all rights in the Service itself, including its software, interfaces, templates, design, documentation, brand, and underlying systems. These terms give you a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the Service while your account is in good standing. They do not transfer ownership of the Service to you.

Third-party templates, stock media, fonts, models, open-source software, and platform material may carry separate terms. Those terms continue to apply.

If you send feedback or suggestions, you allow us to use them without restriction or compensation. This does not give us ownership of content you create with the Service.

If you believe material stored or published through PikoReels infringes your rights, email [email protected] with enough information to identify the work, the challenged material, where it appears, your contact details, and why you believe the use is unauthorised.

We may remove or restrict material while reviewing a credible complaint and may terminate repeat infringers. A knowingly false complaint can cause harm and may create legal liability.

We work to keep the Service available, but do not promise uninterrupted, error-free, or permanent operation. Maintenance, provider outages, internet conditions, platform API changes, safety controls, or demand may interrupt or delay a feature.

We may add, change, limit, or remove features. Where a change materially reduces a paid feature during an active term, we will provide reasonable notice when practical and any remedy the law requires.

You are responsible for keeping independent copies of content you cannot afford to lose and for checking that an important scheduled post was actually published.

We may limit or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect the Service or another person, investigate abuse, comply with law, address non-payment, or respond to a material breach. When the situation allows, we will explain the reason and give you a reasonable chance to fix it.

You can cancel a paid subscription through the billing portal. To request closure and deletion of the PikoReels account itself, email the contact below from the address associated with the account. Cancelling a subscription alone does not delete the account.

Sections that by their nature should continue after termination do continue, including payment obligations, ownership, warranty disclaimers, liability limits, indemnity, and general contract terms.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, quiet enjoyment, and any warranty arising from a course of dealing or usage of trade.

We do not warrant that output is lawful or suitable for your use, that a connected platform will accept a post, that performance data is complete, or that the Service will meet a particular business result. Nothing in these terms excludes a warranty or consumer right that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PikoReels and its suppliers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profit, revenue, goodwill, opportunities, business interruption, or data, arising from or related to the Service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the total liability of PikoReels and its suppliers for all claims arising from or related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid for the Service during the 12 months immediately before the event giving rise to the claim, or USD 100 if you paid nothing.

These limits apply regardless of the legal theory and even if a remedy fails of its essential purpose. They do not limit liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or anything else that applicable law does not allow to be limited.

To the extent permitted by law, you will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless PikoReels and its personnel from third-party claims, damages, losses, and reasonable costs arising from your content, your publication or use of output, your breach of these terms, or your violation of another person's rights or applicable law.

We will give reasonable notice of a covered claim and allow you to control the defence, provided you may not settle in a way that admits fault by or imposes an obligation on PikoReels without written consent. This section does not apply to the extent a claim was caused by PikoReels itself.

We may update these terms as the Service, law, or our business changes. The date at the top shows the latest revision. If a change materially reduces your rights or adds a new material obligation, we will provide notice before it takes effect when required by law.

Your continued use after updated terms take effect means you accept them. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Service and cancel any renewal.

These terms and the documents they expressly incorporate are the entire agreement about the Service and replace earlier discussions about it. If one provision is unenforceable, it will be adjusted only as much as necessary and the rest remains effective. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.

You may not assign these terms without our written consent. We may assign them as part of a reorganisation, financing, merger, acquisition, or transfer of the Service, subject to applicable law. No person other than you and PikoReels has a right to enforce these terms unless the terms expressly say otherwise.

The operator's governing law and court jurisdiction must be added before this draft is final. Nothing in a future governing-law clause may take away mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live.
