Explanation
This is why batching by publish date does not work. Eleven videos made in an afternoon are only faster if they share a setup, a format or a script pass; otherwise it is eleven separate jobs done back to back with no breaks, which is slower than doing them across a fortnight.
The other half is working by stage rather than by video. Writing every script, then generating everything, then captioning everything, beats finishing one video end to end, and it produces better scripts because eleven are being compared rather than one written in isolation.
The common mistake
Batching further than a month ahead. Content ages, anything reactive is stale before it publishes, and the extra buffer is not worth what gets wasted.
